Kathy Fediw is now a LEED® Accredited Professional. LEED® APs have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and the LEED® Rating System. The program is administered through the US Green Building Council and its accreditation branch, the Green Building Council Institute.
Kathy is the only LEED® AP interior plantscape consultant. Kathy will be working with interiorscape companies and project teams to develop eco-friendly interiorscape integrated pest management programs; choose appropriate containers and materials as part of green building designs; develop outreach and educational programs; and assist in submitting interiorscape projects for Innovation in Design credits. Green Building projects can earn one credit towards certification by having a LEED® AP professional as part of their project team. Kathy is also the developer of the Green Earth—Green Plants™ business certification program for eco-friendly interiorscape businesses.

In our comprehensive CostCutter™ program for interiorscapers, we come in to your business for 2 to 5 days for a business practice audit and coaching, depending on size and condition of the business. We evaluate nearly every aspect of your business, including horticulture practices, vehicle usage, facilities, purchasing, inventory, replacements, labor costs, customer complaints, cancellations, etc.
