Coaching and Mentoring

Kathy Fediw provides one-on-one coaching and mentoring for supervisors, managers, sales persons and interiorscape busines owners.

Onsite Intensive Coaching:

Kathy will spend one to three days with you to help you develop new skills.  These may include:

1. Communication skills:  learn how to talk with your clients, staff and owner to get the results you want.
2. Time management:  Kathy will develop a system for you that will help you get the most from the hours you have.  This may include learning how to delegate and set deadlines; developing a calendar and learning how to use software programs; making meetings more effective.
3. Managing people: learn how to motivate and lead your staff to increase your profits, reduce costs and improve employee morale.
4. Setting goals and action plans: set goals for yourself and your business with a plan on how to achieve those goals.
5. Increasing sales: whether you are in sales or not, part of your job is to increase sales and revenue.  Kathy will coach you on how to recommend updates and upgrades to existing clients. She’ll also help you develop a sales and marketing strategy and action plan that will work for you.

Monthly programs:

Kathy Fediw coaches and mentors key staff members with several monthly programs, starting at $129 per month.  Coaching may include phone calls, emails, and/or web conferencing depending on your needs and are fully customized.

During your first session you’ll set goals and parameters; assess your strengths and areas where you’d like to improve; come up with an action plan; establish confidentiality boundaries; develop a program to fit your schedule; and commit to your coaching or mentoring program.  A six month commitment is recommended.
