Green Audit
As part of our Green Earth-Green Plants certification program, we will come to your site and audit your eco-friendly practices.
Your audit includes your Green Earth certification and recommendations on what you can do to improve your green practices and decrease your costs.
You will be audited on the following areas:
- Horticultural practices: including pest control methods, subirrigation, container selections, etc.
- Vehicle use and transportation: including use of alternative fuel vehicles, routing efficiency, etc.
- Buildings and facilities: includes home-based businesses, too. Looks at energy use, lighting, outdoor facilities, water-saving practices, etc.
- Recycling and reducing landfill space.
- Employee training and education.
- Social responsibility.
