Service Operations Audit

  Kathy Fediw will visit your business onsite and provide you with an audit of your service/operations department.  She will assess your day-to-day operations for efficiencies, safety and profitablity.  She will make recommendations to you on how to improve your service offerings, decrease your costs and improve your profits.  She will work with you to develop new systems and procedures; provide additional training and coaching; and develop an action plan with responsibilities and deadlines to achieve your goals.

Areas that will be audited include:

  1. Replacement costs and replacement quality standards.  This will include a visit to several of your accounts.  Evaluation of your costs is also included.
  2. Technician and routing efficiency. Includes recommendations on software programs if needed and training for your techs.
  3. Pest control, supplies, tools and equipment.  May include a closet clean-up and recommendations for purchasing practices and new suppliers.
  4. Coaching for your supervisor or manager.
  5. Client service including developing a Quality Control program and system for handling client requests and complaints.
