Dark-winged Fungus Gnat

      Class 1:  Life cycle, identification and look-a-likes.  Includes information on fruit flies, shore flies, moth flies, life cycles, damage to plants, and more.  18 minutes

Class 2:  Handling customer complaints.  Emphasizes the importance of reacting quickly. Includes handling complaints of being bitten by gnats, how to investigate and how to prevent spreading gnats when plants are replaced.  9 minutes.

Class 3:  Prevention and control.  Includes using home-made remedies such as baking soda, sand, etc.; using beneficials and biological control;, using predatory nematodes and predatory mites; how to monitor larvae and adults; using growth regulators; and an attached list of registered pesticides. 17 minutes.
